Green Sauce

Mexican green tomatoes (tomatillo)
Green chiles - such as Anaheim peppers
Cook the above mixture in small amount of water until tender. Drain and reserve liquid. Blend cooked ingredients in blender with small amount of cooking liquid. Season with a clear chicken soup stock to taste. Caution: Do no make runny with liquid. Canned green tomatoes may be used. If using canned tomatoes, cook onion and pepper in small amount of salted water, drain and reserve liquid. Serve on enchiladas or tacos
