Transplants set out in mid-April; 60
to 70 mph wind storm removed all flowers and fruit in mid-May; Hence, set
was late; Crop ruined by 15+ inches of rain in May and June. Best
two new varieties were Crista and Phoenix; Surefire made the most fruit;
Sunpride and 444 performed well. |
