| Trecul Yucca, Spanish Bayonet, Palma Pita, Palma de Datil, Spanish Dagger Yucca treculeana Liliaceae Trecul Yucca grows in south Texas, the only tree yucca found east of the Pecos River. It usually has several trunks or heads and grows taller toward the coast and shorter inland. The leaves are thick and concave, very long and thin, with a sharp tip.
